TOS
General TOS:
1. Pricing will be estimated after details have been discussed. Once estimate has been given, half of the total price will be charged upfront as a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.2. Prices can change, in this event it will be notified to the client and will be charged in the final payment.3. There is no cancellation fees.4. Commercial rights go directly to the client after commission has been completed.
Model Art TOS:
Please make sure to read these!!!1. Pricing will depend on level of complexity of the design, and there is no ETA on each project.2. After price has been decided, an invoice will be sent with half of the price as a deposit. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and there will be no exceptions. The other half will be charged at the moment of receiving the completed model, model will not be delivered until payment has been completed.3. If for any reason the client is unable to pay the deposit, they will instantly go into a waitlist, this however, does not guarantee process will begin, process will begin as soon as the deposit has been paid.4. The order of the models will be decided in the order the deposits are received, a schedule will be posted and updated accordingly. (If the schedule is not updated in time feel free to contact me, I am human, I may forget some things here and there.)5. If the client wishes to cancel a commission they are free to do so at any given time, remembering once again that the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, no exceptions. Creative rights go back to the client and every and any trace of the design will be erased after returning them to said client.6. If the client wishes to put the commission on hold they are more than welcome to do so, this in turn will mean that the next design in line will be started and will only resume the previous design (the one on hold) AFTER the next design has been completed.7. ALL models created will be FULL BODY, no half bodies.8. Reference pictures are highly recommended, but not required, this will make the design process smoother and faster for both parties.9. Adoptable models have a set price and it is non-negotiable.10. For any more questions feel free to contact me, contact information will be under the Contact tab.
Rigging TOS:
1. Same as model art, half of the price for rigging will be paid as a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.2. Once deposit has been paid the rigging process will start, and ETA will depend on how complex the rig will be.3. Toggles will have a slight upcharge, as well as any added loop animations (ej. ear twitching or separate animated elements)4. In case the client needs to put the commission on hold, request will be granted. This will mean the next commission in line will be started, and only when it's done can the client on hold be continued.5. Rigging takes time, this being said unfortunately there will be no rush commissions, any and every rig will take as much time as needed to ensure quality of work.
